How did Jeffrey Epstein die?
I decided to ask again with a different spread - one in the shape of a D for death.
Thoughts: he was thinking about luxury. If not luxury then about the women who were going to send him to prison for the rest of his life. However, usually it's the Queen of Cups that comes up for his victims. I really think he had his rich lifestyle on the brain. Empress is also about abundance and luxury. He lived the good life and clearly wanted to get back to it.
Feelings: I guess the Devil is the ultimate imprisonment card. It could be argued he was feeling tormented by his victims, but again, I don't think so! He was in jail surrounded by rats and roaches. He was sleeping on a concrete slab that had a mat barely thicker than a sheet of paper. He had 3 vices - money, power, and sex. The Devil embodies all of this. However, he was literally chained. So he was feeling very imprisoned and thinking about all the good shit waiting for him at home.
Actions: He was hopeful. He was doing things to keep his spirits up. And we know exactly what that is because the media reported on it. He was spending 8 hours a day with his lawyers. People that are thinking about their luxurious lifestyle and doing things to keep their spirits up aren't the suicidal type. He wanted to get out of jail. It doesn't look here like he intended to leave in a body bag.
Cause of death: a struggle and suffocation. Was this because he hanged himself or because he was strangled?
Outcome: on the other hand, 8 of Cups suggests he left of his own volition, abandonment, release. The outcome feels kind of suicidal, doesn't it? Then again it does contain the moon which is walking towards ambiguity. Or maybe the 8 of Cups means he gave up hope. All cards surrounding Barr feel shady, icky, perhaps a bit murdery though. Yet when asking about Epstein's death, nothing screams blatant murder. But it doesn't scream suicide either. It's murky. Maybe he really was just helped. I was also very specific in that I wanted the left column to reflect his existence on the night he died. We'll probably never know the truth.
