Question 2: will Epstein snitch on anyone in the Trump administration?
Short answer: he could possibly offer up wealthy businessmen.

Column 1: Stability/4 of Pentacles, Child, Death, A Change
With the 4 of Pentacles in readings about snitching, it usually refers to holding on tightly to their secrets - they're not talking and not giving anyone up. This deck is different. Tree roots are supposed to give the impression of a stable foundation, usually regarding money, finances, and physical possessions. However, tree roots also make me think of a far reaching network. I think what we're dealing with is a vast network of people that have committed crimes against children. Death could refer to children that have been killed or the death of this sex trafficking ring that is undoubtedly still happening today. Change kind of suggests that it's the latter. We could expect that maybe justice could finally come, and maybe steps will be taken toward shutting down this pedophile ring.

Column 2: Defeat/5 of Swords, Enemy, Angry Woman, Great Happiness
We have someone caught up in a web. They're trapped, unable to escape. They've been overcome by someone stronger and more clever. This person is an enemy. Does the angry woman represent the victims? Epstein is caught in a web, but everyone he associated with is caught in a web with him. Is the enemy Epstein or even more powerful oligarchs? Anger is a reoccurring theme here. Is Epstein angry or are others angry that he's caught? In any case, I don't think Great Happiness refers to actual fortunate events or happiness, but rather vast amounts of information spilling out.

Column 3: Temperance, Merchant, Anger, Prison
In this deck, an Indian man does a morning ritual, making an offering. What I see here is Epstein offering up other wealthy businessmen or information on businesses dealings because he's angry. He might feel like, why me? In the end he's probably not willing to go down for others when he's just a cog in a global wheel. Or, it's showing the feds offering him a deal. In that case, he may or may not accept it. It could also be oligarchs that are angry because Epstein tells everything. Regardless, I think he does talk.

Since this question is about the Trump administration, the wealthy businessman/oligarch is Trump himself. From this we can conclude they snatched up Epstein to possibly go after Trump himself.
