Question 4: Will anyone from the Trump administration be charged?
Short answer: probably not.

Column 1: Success/6 of Pentacles, Despair, Enemy, Sad News
If we go with the traditional interpretation, what we have here is an exchange of money. Does this refer to prior financial success/exchange of money, or is this current? Again there's despair because the enemy brings sad news. In this case the enemy is probably the Department of Justice, and in the next reading we'll see it's the courts. Is someone paying money to make this problem go away, or is there despair over sad news that the DoJ has information about an exchange of money?

Column 2: Gain/9 of Pentacles, Lord, Consultant (woman), House
The second column makes me think this isn't about a current exchange of money to make the problem go away, but rather prior financial crimes. And who do these crimes pertain to? The Lord of the house and a woman. Note it's a woman and not the Lady of the house. House is probably the White House, which would possibly make the Lord Trump, and the woman could be Ivanka.

Column 3: Deception/7 of Swords, Surprise, Visit, Voyage
It seems the DoJ has been working behind Barr and Trump's back. This took them completely by surprise. 😏 Either they'll be traveling to meet with people about this, or people will be traveling to them. So this goes higher than the squatter in the White House. Nothing here indicates anyone will be indicted, just that they want it to go away.
