Were Al Franken's accusers being truthful?

I decided to break in a new deck of Kipper cards on him since he was in the news again today.

Yes, at least one, if not all or several of the accusers were being truthful. This is pretty straightforward. He resigned because an investigation would've opened him up to being sued by his accusers. He didn't want that because he'd lose money and it would hurt future work opportunities. If he was concerned enough about that to resign, then he knew evidence of wrongdoing would be found. Instead he walked away by his own choice and gets to play the woe is me card every few months. So everyone being mad about Gillibrand or Schumer forcing him to resign can stop. If people want to be mad about anything, be mad that they don't apply that same ferocity to GOP every time they're accused. They should be making noise loudly and often, but they don't.
