Has Russia been threatening Justice Roberts?

I saw this on Twitter and thought, why not, let's ask.

I don't know if this is a yes or no, but if it were a yes, it looks like manipulation over money.

The three amigos as the 3 of Cups, whoever they are, show up in the center. The 8 of Wands crosses it. So there's a toasting of sending a message to Roberts.

The King of Pentacles at the root is money related. Perhaps shady money he earned, involvement with a bank, or whatever. The 4 of Pentacles is trying to hold on to what he has. This could be money or his job. Why feel that way unless he was being threatened? The Death card as the outcome to me suggests a possible ending of his career. It's possible there could be something money related that was threatened to be exposed.

Lenormand doesn't give a yes or no either. A positive and two neutral cards. It could be read as a stable or reliable man in the public eye, or a shackled or restricted man because of something that could become public.
